We would like to welcome you and your family to our office. We are happy that you have chosen us for your orthodontic care and will make sure that your orthodontic experience is comfortable, rewarding, and effective.
Office Hours
Marlboro office: Monday and Wednesday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Howell office: Tuesday and Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
For immediate assistance after office hours, call the office, leave a message and then call the emergency number provided. If help is needed, we are only a phone call away.
Appointments
You will find that your visits to our office will be smooth, efficient and on time. Because we use the latest orthodontic technology, our patients are typically seen every 6 to 8 weeks. We will reserve 30 minutes for each of these regular appointments. Certain special appointments that require more time will be scheduled during the mid-morning hours of 9:00 a.m. and 12 noon. This will enable you to schedule many of your regular appointments in the early morning and in the afternoon. We appreciate your understanding in scheduling your appointments and look forward to working together with you to achieve our goal of excellent orthodontic results.
Financial Arrangements
We want your investment in a lifetime of beautiful smiles to work for you from the very first appointment. We will develop a customized payment plan that will work comfortably for you. Payments can be set up on a monthly basis for your convenience and are expected on the first of each month. Credit card payments and electronic funds transfer are always welcome.
Insurance
If you have orthodontic insurance, we will help you to determine what your benefits are at your first appointment. We will be happy to complete the necessary paperwork to assure that you maximize your full benefits.
Patient Cooperation
Successful orthodontic treatment depends on patient cooperation with appliances, diet, elastic wear, and good oral hygiene. By following all instructions carefully and keeping appointments, orthodontic treatment will be comfortable and convenient. Excellent cooperation also ensures that treatment will be completed on time. Please see your family dentist regularly for examinations and professional cleanings during orthodontic treatment.
