Our office is located on the northbound side of Highway 9, just past Applebee's Restaurant. From the Lanes Mills Road intersection, take Route 9 North for 1/2 mile and the Monmouth Office Plaza will be on the right side. It is a single story, red brick building and our office is in the back of the building. You may park anywhere around the building, but also look for our two reserved spaces, marked "Reserved for the Patients of Dr. Schwitz", which are on the left side as you enter the parking lot.

From Jackson:
From Aldrich Road, turn right onto Route 9 South. Continue South on Route 9 until the Lanes Mills Road intersection. Make a U-turn at this jug-handle so that you will now be heading north on Route 9. Follow Route 9 North for 1/2 mile, and the Monmouth Office Plaza will be on the right side, just past Applebee's Restaurant.

From West County Line Road, turn left onto Route 9 North. After leaving Lakewood, continue through the Lanes Mills Road intersection. Continue north on Route 9 for 1/2 mile and the Monmouth Plaza will be on the right side, just past Applebee's Restaurant.

From Lakewood/Brick/Toms River:
Follow Route 9 North, and after leaving Lakewood, continue through the Lanes Mills Road intersection. Continue north on Route 9 for ½ mile and the Monmouth Office Plaza will be on the right side, just past Applebee's Restaurant.

From Farmingdale/Wall/Shore Points:
Follow I-195 West to the exit for Route 9 South (Exit 28A). Continue on Route 9 South for 2 ½ miles and make a U-turn at the jug-handle for Lanes Mills Road, so that you will be heading north on Route 9. Continue north on Route 9 for ½ mile and the Monmouth Office Plaza will be on the right side, just past Applebee's Restaurant.

From Freehold/Marlboro/Manalapan:
Follow Route 9 South into Howell. You will pass under I-195 and continue until the intersection with Lanes Mills Road. Make a U-turn at this jug-handle, heading north on Route 9. Continue north for 1/2 mile to the Monmouth Office Plaza, which is on the right, just past Applebee's Restaurant.
